At Creative Community Pathways we believe each individual deserves a chance to connect to their local community and find meaning in those positive connections.

We are excited to guide and empower you to grow towards independence at your pace using your strengths and interests. Every person deserves a purpose and an opportunity to feel in control  in their life. It is important you find the staff member you are comfortable with, matching is very important to us, you feedback matters.

Upcoming

It is our goal to create a community feel for our participants in our new and upcoming centre in the Western suburbs. This will allow participants to practise any life skills and create a place to share experiences with others. The mission is to bring mainstream activities to the centre and create opportunities that are available to every person in our community.
